The America's Cake Fair 2017

Golden Rose Cake Boutique participated in The Americas Cake Fair – a three-day trade and consumer show produced and hosted by Satin Ice in Orlando, FL. It was our first year competing and we participated in the Novelty/Special Occasion Competition themed "Under the Florida Sun". Our cake was beach themed with a variety of fondant decorations. The top tier was buttercream covered in gram crackers to portray sand. Cake flavors are Coconut and Orange Flavor. It was a great experience and the demonstration classes where also great learning opportunities.
